Hello! I became unable to renew my account subscription about a few months ago. I sent two emails to support, but I received no information about why I could no longer subscribe, just that they could not help me at this time. Has anyone been in this situation and gotten their account back? I want to know if there's any hope in getting my account back or if I should just let it go.
