We’re looking for artists who understand how generative image systems behave, and how to better control them.
What matters:
- Model Fluency - Strong working knowledge across leading image models (Flux, Midjourney, Seedream, Google Flow, etc). You understand how different systems interpret light, texture, anatomy, and lens logic — and how to steer them.
- Controlled Generation - Ability to produce consistent characters, environments, and camera language. You know how to lock continuity, manage seeds, and refine toward a specific creative direction.
- Photographic Eye - Deep understanding of lighting, composition, perspective, and cinematic realism. You think like a filmmaker, not a prompter.
- Finish & Craft - Strong Photoshop/compositing ability to resolve artefacts, harmonise lighting, and deliver production-ready start frames.
- Taste - Tools generate. Humans judge. The artist’s eye is the final decision.
We are looking for movie-grade outputs, not raw generations.
