Nice to meet you. I'm. A film director and I'm planning to make a short film using some found footage. The thing is, I really wanted to change some of the footage and create some knew one, similar to the original - all of this with AI - like adding new fake scenes to an already existing footage. Like a mockumentary with footage and AI.
I'm writing this post because I'm completely new with the technology. How do I start? Which is the best program to generate images and to animate them? Jon Rafman is a big visual inspirational for this project.
The program doesn't need to be free.

Also, I'm planning to invest in a new computer, preferably Mac (I've been using them for years) - do you have any suggestions of the best investment? A friend of mine suggested a Mac Mini APPLE CTO (Apple M4 10-Core - RAM: 32 GB - 512 GB - GPU-10-Core), can i go for something better?
