How to create a character that looks like a celeb and stays consistent

Noob here, learning by doing. Would love to learn how to

• create a character that looks like a certain celeb as a shortcut to get their look (not to impersonate the character, just for facial features)

• ⁠how to keep the same character/model consistent between takes (ex old well dressed aristocrat)

• ⁠how to then make them do specific things ( adjusting their tie, or they take a sip of water) etc

Is midjourney alone good at this or does it need to be combined with runway?
