 | I’m actually a regular traditional artist but I love, love, love Midjourney - I have pretty bad ADHD and I literally have an eternal wave of ideas of things that I want to draw or paint and not enough time. I usually end up not being able to decide because there’s hundreds of images in my head and then I end up not doing anything because I can’t decide…Midjourney’s been amazing in helping me literally brain-vomit all of those ideas so it’s not taking up space inside my head and then it helps with deciding. And it actually makes me more motivated and more creative in a strange way - giving my brain that’s instant release has been so valuable to my process. I also like to write random fiction for fun and creating random images helps me if I get in a stump. It’s also fun to generate random images of scenarios with my characters and from there I get is many ideas just from looking at the image. I haven’t had this much fun creating and making stuff in a very long time. It’s so cool. I’ve been in a creative stump for years and I feel myself “reawakened”. Anyway, just some dudes with a synthesizer. I was imagining a handdrawn cel image still from a 90’s music video. [link] [comments] |
