Some of my images show a nipple or full breast sometimes, should I report it myself by clicking on the hamburger menu and choosing report? Or would I be screwing myself?

My prompt in no way suggested nude images, but I could understand why the model would sometimes let a nip go every now and then. However, I don't want to get banned. What should I do in this case?
