Has anyone found a way to consistently prompt Midjourney to create multi-figure images?

Has anyone found a way to consistently prompt Midjourney to create multi-figure images?

I can never seem to get Midjourney to understand prompts for scenes that have multiple figures. Midjourney takes what I ask and tries to fuse the figures into one figure. An example (attached image) is:

an owl swoops over a mouse and a bunny, who are running away from it scared

Another example is

a scene with a nest of angry hornets that has a mouse charging recklessly at it

(yes that hornet one is a bit eerie)

Midjourney does render multiple figures, but they are all hybrids of rabbits mice and owls, or mice and hornets, not wholly separate figures. If anyone has any tips on this I would greatly appreciate your insight!
